ISO manufacturers of STANDOUTS or Hollow Core framed prints

Hello,

I am an artist and photographer in Florida. I heard from someone that many of the frameless Art prints sold at stores like TARGET and WAL-MART are made in beautiful Canada. I am not sure what they are called, but I would describe them to be like hollow, lightweight, standouts that are sold by www.Mpix.com . The ones sold at TARGET are obviously innexpensive to manufacture (given their price) but are still very good quality. Of course, I understand TARGET has the buying power to make thousands of these (keeping the rpice low) but if i could find manufacturers of these, I may be able to benefit with reasonable quanitites that fit my budget.
